Enabling The Administrative Tools on the Start Menu

If you’ve been looking for your Administrative Tools on the Start Menu or in the Program Menu and haven’t found them, don’t look any further, they’re not there!

While the Administrative Tools are installed by default, the menu is not enabled.

To enable the Administrative Tools menu selection, try this:

1. Click Start, Settings and then select Taskbar & Start Menu
2. Now click the Advanced Tab
3. Now you should see a small window titled Start Menu Settings
4. Just check the box for “Display Administrative Tools“, click Apply and then click OK
