Explanation: There is an error being reported with one of the system timers on the motherboard.

Diagnosis: This is usually a motherboard or on-board system device problem. For the most part, this is usually fatal.

Recommendation: Troubleshoot the motherboard by looking for something that might be connected incorrectly, an extreme overheat problem or even a power supply problem that is effecting the motherboard. If everything checks out fine except for the motherboard, replace it.
