Modified the format of displayed programs/processes so that the
filename is listed prior to and independently from path; makes it

Added BrowseKill feature, similar to ctrl-alt-delete box and the
"End it all" program; will show you a list of running processes
and let you quickly shut them all or some of them down, without
having to modify a configuration file. Can you an existing configuration
file as info on what processes are good candidates for termination.
 
Added the ability to choose whether default double-click option should
be to toggle state or open BrowseKill screen.

Added ability to explicitly run or terminate the lists of programs from
the option menu bar.
